Jimei Furnishings Becomes a Member of Association des Enterprises de Chine en France (AECF)

　　【Report by Zhao Cheng, reporter of NOUVELLES D’EUROPE】Beijing Jimei Furnishings Group set up Jimei International Furnishings & Building Materials Trading Center in Aulnay-sous-Bois, northern suburban of Paris several months ago. On 31st, October, Jimei became a member of Association des Enterprises de Chine en France (AECF).

　　At the dinner party held by Jimei Group, Ma She, counselor of Business Department of China’s embassy in France, presented a Membership Certificate of AECF to Zhao Jianguo, chairman of Jimei Group. Zhu Jianyi, first secretary of the Business Department and Zhang Gang, Secretary-General of AECF and other officers all presented at the banquet and welcomed Jimei to join AECF. Zhang Xiaobei, our Managing president, also attended the banquet.

　　As one of leading enterprises in China’s furnishings industry, Zhao Jianguo gave a description of Jimei’s development in his speech. He said “economic crisis brings some changes for western economy and Jimei takes the opportunity to build Jimei International Trading Centre in the hope of developing European market together with China’s leading furnishings and building materials enterprises.”

　　According to Ma She, in recent years, Jimei developed rapidly and it’s good that Jimei has a bigger appetite and starts to enter the international market. This marks a new stage in the development of China’s enterprises. He also gave some suggestions to Jimei, for example continuing an in-depth market research, abiding by European Union’s standards and requirements in the quality of products to provide high-quality products. After all, enterprises must pay due attention to every detail. He affirmed that the business department of embassy and AECF will support Jimei by offering favorable policies and he wished Jimei a great success in Europe.

　　NOUVELLES D’EUROPE has always been concerned about domestic enterprises developing overseas. Zhang Xiaobei, managing president hoped that Jimei can have a good reputation for its high-quality products and based in France, radiating to the whole Europe it can set an example for China’s enterprises in their overseas development.

　　Representatives of China’s furnishings & building materials enterprise also attended the banquet including SLEEMON mattress，Champion tiles，KEAIDUO children’s furniture，TATA wooden door, Xinqixing building materials and Yuan Zhou Decoration and so on.

　　It’s said that Jimei International Furnishings & Building Materials Trading Center, which came to Aulnay-sous-Bois in August, 2009 has started to attract investment and will open for business in the first quarter of next year.
