Jimei International Furnishings & Building Materials Trading Center is divided into two parts: building materials exhibition halls and offices and studios.

　　Three five-storey commercial buildings, namely Building 101, 102 and 103 are connected by an air corridor, covering an area of 25,000 m2. It provides allied tenants platform for furniture, flooring, kitchenware, sanitary ware, hardware, lighting, fabric and other adornments. Building 101 are used as building materials and multi-functional offices (9,177 m2) and Building 102 and 103 as upper-scale furniture marketplace (13,872m2).

　　Located in the west of the centre, Building 101 is a combination of furniture and building materials. On the 1st and 2nd floor (3,838 m2) there are 30 tenants selling upper scale building materials. Specifically, tenants on the 1st floor (1,917 m2) deal in sanitary ware and those of the 2nd floor (2,121m2) deal in flooring, wallpapers, shutters and business run by Jimei. The 3rd, 4th and 5th (5,339 m2 in total) floors are used as offices, conference rooms and creative studios and so on.

　　The upper scale furniture area (Building 102, 103) is divided into two individual exhibition halls, connected by an air corridor. On the 1st floor (2,568 m2) there are 17 tenants who sell modern suite furniture and on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor (1,584 m2 each) there are 32 tenants. Customers can find suite furniture and office furniture on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor respectively while on the 4th floor they can find upholstered furniture including sofas and beddings and on the 5th floor, children’s furniture, creative furniture and adornments and so on.

　　It will become a trading center for European deluxe furniture and represent the highest level of domestic furnishings & building materials industry.

　　There are large parking lots and outdoor space in which large-scale activities can be organized. Logistics and distribution services are well-developed within the regions, so businessmen don’t need to worry about the transport and distribution of goods.

　　Jimei French project is a center of a variety of international commercial activities. We will build it as a center, radiating to entire European continent, linking with countries as Italy and Germany. We believe that it will grow to be a new type of business.
