Range of leasing products
Jimei International Furnishings & Building Materials Trading Center is a comprehensive furnishings marketplace. We will build a furnishings & building materials circulation base in Europe. Investors must be subject to the following conditions: holding CE Certification in domestic furnishings & building materials industry; being experienced in export trade; products must be high-quality and environmental-friendly by European standards; having a famous brand and being interested in export business.
Furniture: solid wood furniture, panel furniture, metal furniture, upholstered furniture, rattan furniture, office furniture and so on;
Ceramics: ceramics daily for use, construction ceramics, sanitary ceramics, and technical ceramics and so on.
Sanitary products: for bathrooms and kitchens
Flooring: solid wood flooring, engineered flooring, laminated flooring, bamboo flooring, cork flooring, functional flooring and so on.Handicrafts: all kinds of household decorations, ornaments, handicrafts, oil paintings, landscape paintings and so on.
Handicrafts: all kinds of household decorations, ornaments, handicrafts, oil paintings, landscape paintings and so on. In addition, there are wallpapers, plastic steel and other kinds of products.
We will choose three fifths of China’s high-grade brands to do business in France；Self-employed business of Jimei will occupy one-third of total business areas in this project; other one fifth is reserved for European investors. Jimei Group will confront challenges together with all investors to make progress.
Rentable area:
For building 101, the 1st floor (1917㎡) and 2nd floor (2121㎡) will be used as exhibition halls, including 30 stalls. The 5-storey building 102 will be used as exhibition halls. On the its 1st floor, there are 17 stalls with an area of 2568㎡ and on its 2nd , 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor, each covering 1584 ㎡there are 32 stalls.

1st floor: ceramic sanitary wares
2nd floor: floors, wallpapers, shutters and so on, including goods produced by Jimei Group
Building 102
1st floor: suite furniture
2nd floor: suite furniture including archaistic style furniture
3rd floor: office furniture
4th floor: upholstered furniture, sofa, bedding
5th floor: children furniture, creative furniture and adornments
